Cash might generally be king – but its effects in isolation as a motivator of team members often don’t outlast the next pay cycle. We’re all looking for maximum morale, engagement and customer service from our team – and low employee turnover, right? Recognising and rewarding achievement is likely to help all of these things along, so its an obvious objective – but it’s difficult to get it right.
There’s plenty that can go wrong potentially demotivating and reduced engagement of the people involved – or worse encouraging perverse outcomes like gaming the system or unethical behaviour.
Our panel will discuss these issues – and some of the more creative ways of rewarding your team some of which have worked and some of which haven’t worked. This event will be at BNZ Partners, 61 Constellation Drive – 5:30pm for a 5:40pm start on Thursday 22 February running through to 7:00pm. And as usual, there will be beer, wine and pizza to lubricate quality discussion. And as always, no sales – just good practical content.
Business Owners Forums are held monthly – alternating between Whangarei, Albany and Newmarket venues. Although no two Business Owners Forum events are the same, this event will be more or less repeated in Newmarket on 21 March and then in Whangarei on 28 March.
