Newmarket - BNZ Partners
For business owners cashflow is vital. Profit is of course essential for long term survival – but in the short term, it doesn’t matter how much profit you are forecasting for next year if you don’t have enough cash to take you from here to there. Employees will start screaming if wages are a day late – and if you’re lucky, suppliers, IRD and the landlord might cut you some slack for a month or two after that …
Here’s a couple of home truths we see all the time when we’re working with business owners to anticipate their cash needs:
- Business owners almost always overestimate future income and underestimate future costs.
- Often times, business owners do not see a cash crunch coming.
Our panel will discuss these issues and how to manage them – at BNZ Partners, 330 Broadway, Newmarket – 5:30pm for a 5:40pm start on Wednesday 20 September running through to 7:00pm. And as usual, there will be beer, wine and pizza to lubricate quality discussion. And as always, no sales – just good practical content.
Business Owners Forums are held monthly – alternating between Whangarei, Albany and Newmarket venues. Although no two Business Owners Forum events are the same, this event will be more or less a repeat of the August event on this topic on 17 August.
